Store Terms of Use

 

Returns made on regular priced in-store products can be made up to 60 days after date of purchase for a full refund to your original payment tender, store credit, or as an exchange. Items must be in original condition – unworn & unwashed – and we request the tags be attached. A receipt is not necessary when making your return as our systems keep transaction records – only the name of the original buyer will be required. After 60 days from original date of purchase, returns will be subject to shop discretion and may also be subject to products being returned at a discounted rate.

 

Please note: All purchases of sale items are final and can not be returned/exchanged.

 

Can I return altered clothing?

 

We are unable to accept the return or exchange of products that have been hemmed or any altered clothing unless the alterations performed are not as requested. Please confirm with our master tailor or your wardrobe advisor any alterations performed to ensure the finished product is to your specifications. We are of course more than happy to re-alter any products to ensure your perfect fit, if necessary.

 

Can I return made-to-measure, custom, personalized, or other products?

 

Made-to-Measure/Custom/Personalized Products:
Due to the specific and finite nature of made-to-measure, custom, and monogrammed/embossed items, we are unable to accept any returns on products of this kind. Once your order is submitted, you have 24 hours to cancel a Made-to-Measure or Custom order. After this time has lapsed, the order can not be cancelled or refunded. Monogrammed or embossed orders are considered final upon the order’s submission as they are often times processed the same day.

 

Return of Underwear:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of underwear.
